Cancellation policy for open seminars:<\/h2>\n
    \n
  • If participation in the seminar is canceled up to 8 weeks before the date: No cancellation fee.<\/li>\n
  • If participation is canceled between 8 and 6 weeks before the date: 50% of the participation fee.<\/li>\n
  • Cancellations after 6 weeks before the date of the course will be charged 100% of the participation fee.<\/li>\n
  • This cancellation rule does not apply if a mutual agreement to change the deadline is reached between Caspers & Caspers GbR Oliver & Silke Caspers and the participant before the cancellation deadline expires or if a representative is named by the participant.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Withdrawal from the contract by Caspers & Caspers GbR Oliver & Silke Caspers:<\/h2>\n
      \n
    • Caspers & Caspers GbR Oliver & Silke Caspers reserves the right to cancel the course in the event of force majeure (in particular illness, accident, etc. of the trainer) or other circumstances for which Caspers & Caspers GbR Oliver & Silke Caspers is not responsible (war, life-threatening circumstances at the place of execution, etc.).<\/li>\n
    • In such cases, the participant will be notified as soon as possible. If possible, a replacement trainer will be named. Any additional costs incurred by Caspers & Caspers GbR Oliver & Silke Caspers will be borne by Caspers & Caspers GbR Oliver & Silke Caspers. Otherwise an alternative date will be named.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Payment terms and deadlines:<\/h2>\n

      • The fee will be invoiced immediately after booking with immediate payment terms. The invoice is usually sent by e-mail.<\/li>\n
      • Payment in installments can be agreed individually.<\/li>\n
      • In the event of default, Caspers & Caspers GbR Oliver & Silke Caspers reserves the right to charge default interest of 8 % above the current prime rate in accordance with \u00a7247 BGB.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Copyright and rights of use:<\/h2>\n

        • Caspers & Caspers GbR Oliver & Silke Caspers is the owner of all rights to concepts, training documents, materials and hand-outs.<\/li>\n
        • Any use of these concepts, training documents, material, and\/or hand-outs or passing them on to third parties outside the training measures, in particular the reproduction and\/or duplication of
          Training documents - including excerpts - in any form is prohibited.<\/li>\n
        • Copyright notices, trademarks or brand names may not be removed.<\/li>\n
        • In all other respects, the statutory provisions, in particular copyright and criminal law, apply.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
